Oni Press, an Eisner and Harvey Award-winning publisher, has announced that it is releasing the complete edition of A Thing Called Truth by the award-winning creative team Iolanda Zanfardino (Midnight Radio) and Elisa Romboli (You Never Heard of Me) on January 7th, 2026. In addition to including A Thing Called Truth, Volume 1, the complete edition will also include the much-anticipated second volume, previously unavailable in shops, allowing fans to finally dive into the concluding chapter of this LGBTQ+ road trip romance. If you loved the first volume as much as I did, you’ll be roll back the cover of your (metaphorical) convertible and scream, “Yes, please! Give me more sexy women in sexy cars!”

A Thing Called Truth follows Dr. Magdalene Traumer, an accomplished scientist on a mission to save the world, who crosses paths with Dorian Wildfang, a free-spirited adventurer who shies away from one thing: her destiny. Together, they embark on a thrilling road-trip-type escapade through Europe, illustrating that life’s true essence lies in the journey rather than the destination. As this unlikely duo travels, they discover shared experiences that ignite a heartfelt romance while navigating personal growth amidst a world in turmoil.
